It's been 6 weeks since I changed my diet to a "migraine-free" one i.e. no coffee, no cheese, no salty foods, no salami etc. and that with along being happier, seems to have had an impact as even though I've had a couple of attacks they haven't lasted longer than an hour (when they used to last for days and would send me to bed).
