Caffeine

It's been 6 weeks since I changed my diet to a "migraine-free" one i.e. no coffee, no cheese, no salty foods, no salami etc. and that with along being happier, seems to have had an impact as even though I've had a couple of attacks they haven't lasted longer than an hour (when they used to last for days and would send me to bed). Hmmmm interesting!

Someone at work mentioned to me last night how happier I'd seemed lately. My first thought was "Oh no, how grumpy have I really been?". Upon reflection I realised that I have been surrounding myself with people who make me laugh more and more and making a conscious effort not to worry about those people who just haven't got it yet and seem hell-bent on making your life miserable!

Just popped out of the office to grab some lunch and the blustery wind took me by surprise - felt like one of these umbrellas! I had to force myself to take a short walk as I'd been locked up in a meeting all morning and felt the need to breathe! Love the messge on this pic. as I was thinking that I needed to go and buy a new top, but found that just the short walk and the chill of the wind made me feel alive again!
